On Nov 16th, the Village Idiots helped BPS to prepare over 200 individual Thanksgiving dinner bags ahead of the holiday. Working in a production line, the idiots packed bags of canned and dry goods. These bags, together with a frozen turkey, would enable a family to prepare a Thanksgiving meal.

The northwestern coast of Michigan's Lower Peninsula will be the setting for the Village Idiots Cycling Club 2025 out-of-town bicycling exclusion this coming August 10-15. Brilliant aquamarine waters of Lake Michigan dramatically frame miles of back roads in the “land of many little bays.” This tour begins and ends in the self-proclaimed “Cherry Capital of the World,” vibrant Traverse City, MI. Tour highlights include Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and an optional visit to Michigan’s crown jewel: bike-friendly Mackinac Island.
