2021 Signature Ride - Air Force Academy
Towards the end of our riding season the Village Idiots participate in the annual Signature Ride with riddle clues, knowledge of safety and obstacles being the mode of team appraisal. Teams are arranged and awarded points based on the proficiency of the tasks and riddle solutions.
It is not a race; however teams are graded on tire changing, ability to navigate with GPS and riding safety. In 2021 the club was treated to riding the Air Force Academy grounds during the event. Bryan Huntley graciously provided entrance to all riders and organized the stages with fellow club member Greg Ordonez. Afterwards everyone enjoyed a BBQ picnic and lawn games.
